Refund policy

Returns briefly:

If you are not happy with the product or just don't want to keep it, you can return it in 14 days without giving any reason for it.

You must bear the return shipping costs.

Pack the item well, specially the knobs and other ceramic items, they get very easy broken. Broken items will not be refunded.
Write down your name and order number, or take a copy of your order.
Paypal Payments will be returned back to the Paypal Account.
